SCHOOL STARTS AGAIN TOMORROW.

A little bit sad, but a little bit excited too.

A lot of last minute messages, a bit TOO LAST MINUTE.

Had dance from 1230 to 7pm, how to do homework? Dancing again after more than a month, felt terrible. A lot of stuff forgotten, have to polish again.

Costumes are costing a BOMB.

What I need-

Constance/Amanda's item

Red top: $5
Black spag top:$5
Black pants: Borrowing.
Earrings: $5/3
Other accessories(Dog tags- I'm gonna use the "I dated an officer! <3" one I got from comms ball HAHA daddy!, metal bracelets, I borrowed from holy since last year for pulse heh, the spike bracelet I bought for pulse last year) : Borrowing/already have.
Shoes: Already have (my $8 Yuanbo converse-lookalike bought during the Chinatrip last year haha!)

= $12

Athena/Dawn's item:

Mask: $5
Fake diamond bracelet: $2
Feather Boa: Paid by school
Corset: Re-using last year's costume for Lynette's item
Shorts: Yet to get. Buy or borrow.
Fishnet stockings: $5
Footwear: Either boots or maryjanes with heels. $45
Gems to sew on costume: $5
Gloves: Renting. Paid by school.
Netting for the half tutu and workmanship: $31
Belt: $10

= $103, and I still gotta get my shorts.

Mattheus's item:

NO IDEA. Oh dear. It's a bit worrying.

Miss Wee's item:

Overalls: Buying. $40. Or if anyone has, PLEASE LEND ME. Save my money.
Top inside: Borrow or use on of bryan's checked shirts
Boots: Hopefully, would be able to reuse for Zaki's item and Athena/Dawn's item. But for now, $45

= $40 (not taking into consideration the boots, already calculated in Dawn/Athena's item)

Zaki's item:

NO IDEA. Will be settled on saturday.

Opening item:

SAS 2nd uniform: $15
White tennis skirts: Hopefully paid by school, otherwise, about $15?
Shoes: Hopefully paid by school, otherwise, about $15?

= $45

Total costs: Exactly $200. I hope more stuff can be subsidized or borrowed!

Last year's rapture costumes didn't cost me a single cent since all were subsidized by school. But since this year we haven't sold out the tickets, we have no or small budget.

Oh dear. Dear God, You're Jehovah Jireh. Please provide for me.

I'm gonna start eating my $1.10 egg/mayo sandwiches everyday from the pop cafe. This means I save at least $7 a day? I'm taking into consideration all the transport costs I'll chalk up throughout the month, including an already slightly reduced estimated amount of taxi money. So minusing that from my monthly allowance then dividing it among 20 days of school gives me whatever I have for a day in school.

I'm not gonna ask my parents for money, I know for sure they won't be happy paying for costumes for dance, something they do not exactly support me doing. Ahhh.

Oh boy. I'm having money problems.

--------------------------------------

Dinner was out, with the family till 9 plus. But I'm not complaining about that, I had a good dinner.

The 2 women with a child sitting at the table next to ours didn't have a very good dinner though. They kept complaining about everything throughout and the lady with the child beside her seemed to treat the waitresses like flies. She literally flicked her hand outwards a couple of times to shoo "something".

"The first time come, all black. The second time come, totally not cooked inside! I DON'T WANT ALREADY LAH DON'T WANT ALREADY LAH."

"Ah girl, if you don't want, just put on the table, leave it."

"Next door is so much better, next door has better food, next door had better service!"

I'm translating everything directly from mandarin.

Omt come on, what kind of example are you showing your kid?

Besides, even if the food was really that bad, which I thought wasn't, I think it's not very nice to show your displeasure like that.

This lady spoke so loudly that I heard her all the way from the other side of the restaurant. OK so the restaurant was small, but I was at least 2m away. Taking into consideration all the noise coming from the kitchen and the steamboats, to be able to hear her without a problem, is a problem.
