Rapture 2008 has been one of the most fantastic days of my life, the first time I felt so bonded to a CCA. The weeks of intense trainings and practices have really made us so close, like a family and it's a damn good feeling. Loves.

Backstage. Walking through the door marked BACKSTAGE was almost surreal. Haha. Never had I imagined that one day I'll get the opportunity to perform on the same stage so many other world famous stars have performed on.

And. OUR OWN DRESSING ROOMS.

How cool is THAT. Haha.

Cons, Manda, Rach and I shared one of the VIP rooms. VIP not cos of its size, but cos of the proximity to the stage door. We had to do quite a few quick changes so yeah. The nearer the better.

The room looked like a hotel room, very nice furnishing and all. I LIKE. Especially the cleopatra couch. Heh. I think the room was meant for one only though. HAHA.

Tuesday's run was quite bad. I thought. And I was a lil worried the show wouldn't be worth its 28 bucks.

Wednesday morning. LOST MY DIAMOND BRACELET. Panicked. Checked the quick change rooms backstage, walked across the back of the stage about a hundred times. NO BRACELET. But I prayed and I just knew everything was gonna be fine.

Called people for help, to get one more for me, and just before the show, I got it. THANK YOU GOD. Relief.

And. Had to sew mattheus' costume. Was a lil _____ since I got some crap costume. Hanging by the thread. A lil but worried since I didn't rehearse in it. What if it fell?! Haha. Tubes are scary. Didn't think too much about it. I just did whatever I
could.

Zaki and Miss Wee wanted to give us a short encouragement talk but we ended up in tears after they broke down. Then I was reminded of all the times they were so nice to us. Like the sunday we went back to school to practice, Zaki came down just to give us food.

And then we all had to go back and redo our make up. Haha.

Like Khym said, once we started the show, everything's would go so fast. Before we knew it, we'll be raising our hands to "light of day", the last line to the finale.

Opening was fine. A lil bit screwed. Dropped a few steps I never messed up before.
Maybe I wasn't fully concentrating on the steps but concentrating on the audience, and the energy I was to put into the steps. Oops. Other than that, it was good. Well received by the audience. I think cos the ruggers were on, and so were the small ACS(P) boys.

Broadway was a good run. =) Damn happy with it.

Hoedown wasn't so bad, somehow I felt less happy doing it as compared to full run on tuesday. Hmm. Not bad though.

Hotride. I think it was another good run. =) Very strong dance.

Mattheus'. WASNT THAT BAD! =D I thought tuesday's run was better but haha. I'm happy enough with the result. MY TUBE DIDN'T DROP. I didn't jump and pull my lines as per normal but I think the audience can't really tell anyway. A bit disappointed that I didn't do full out.

Hiphop. Right before, my legs cramped. HAHA. Nice.

Gospel. Loved every minute of it. The energy flowed so naturally and everyone didn't need to be told to smile. =)

When the curtains fell, everyone started screaming and crying. We were all 100% happy and 100% sad at the same time.

Happy cos we knew we pulled the show together. Most of it, in a short week.

Sad, cos for the J2s, it would be the last time we danced on stage together, it was our last day of dance.

As usual, my reation was so perfectly retarded that once everyone stopped crying and moving back to the rooms to pack, my tears flowed like a broken dam. Haha.

Packing took damn long. Every few minutes we would have to read a message, or receive a call.

And when we were done, we rushed out to meet all the supporters and "bathed in their praises" like Zaki and Miss Wee said. Haha. Manda and I felt like we just flew in from overseas when we walked out of the backstage door, pulling our luggages and looking for people we knew. We felt like mini celebrities. HAHA.

SAW JONAH AND SHAHIR. =D Yayes.

And my crazy cg, gave me a GIANT BOUQUET OF FLOWERS. 50 RED ROSES. MAD I TELL YOU. BUT I LOVE THEM cos of the mad things they do. =D

My 3 brothers gave me a very VERY beautiful bouquet of lilies and purple roses. LOVE IT. And they ah. HAHA. Made me a shirt that said "DANCING QUEEN".

Received so much chocolates from the teachers, Zaki, Miss Wee, A9, Beethy, Jonnie, Jonah, Clarice...

70 roses, 3 giant lilies, a sunflower, a daisy (is it a daisy!? I dunno), 4 boxes of chocolates, a pack of sweets, 3 cards.

I can either start my own garden or open a gift shop. HAHA.

I think I'll grow FAT. Haha. Craps. Just managed to lose 3kgs. I weighed myself yesterday and I was damn happy with what I saw. HAHA.
